In conventional carbon brush motors, heat is generated by friction of carbon brushes. This friction draws unnecessary energy from the battery that supplies the energy to the motor, resulting in a shorter battery life.

Einhell professional power tools use state-of-the-art brushless electric motors. Brushless technology reduces motor rotational friction, improves efficiency and increases reliability. The improved efficiency reduces battery power consumption, allowing longer tool usage between charges. With fewer recharging cycles our brushless battery power tools save time and valuable energy.

Microprocessor technology for the brushless motors

A microprocessor on the circuit board of the brushless motor calculates its optimal energy consumption. This optimisation leads to the highest efficiency and to significantly higher performance than with conventional brush motors. Power and performance that you can really feel. As brushless motors have a significantly smaller design, this enables us to develop much more compact devices, with higher power.
